Classic Standard Apartment Type 6
One-room flat for 2 people (ca. 30m²)
Studio with double bed, dining area, fully equipped kitchenette with 4 ring hob, dishwasher, oven, fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee machine (with filter), shower, WC, bidet, satellite TV, safe, air conditioning, telephone. No balcony. The flat is on the ground floor (but there are some stairs to climb).
Classic Family Apartment
Living and sleeping area for 2-5 people (ca. 45m²)
Two-room apartment with a bedroom featuring a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchenette with a 4-ceramic stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine (with filter), dining area, shower, WC, satellite TV, safe, air conditioning, telephone, and balcony. Some apartments also feature an oven. The apartment is located on the first, second, or third floor and is accessible by elevator. (However, there are still some stairs to climb). Some apartments are suitable for 5 people. Please note that an extra charge applies for the fifth person. The bed will be set up in the double bedroom.
Classic Family Apartment without balcony

Classic Family Apartment Superior
Living room and two bedrooms, two bathrooms for 2-4 people (ca. 45m²)
Three-room apartment with double-bed room, another room with two single beds, two bathrooms with shower/WC, dining area, fully equipped kitchenette with 4-burner ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, kettle and coffee machine (with filter), satellite TV, safe, air conditioning, telephone and balcony. The flat is located on the first, second or third floor and can be reached by lift. (There are some stairs, however). 45 m².
General informations
Prices per day per apartment starting from three days, including VAT, plus city tax and final cleaning.
At Désirée Classic there is to discover:

- Toilet paper, hand soap, 3 dishwasher tablets, hand washing detergent
- Outdoor parking (one space per apartment)
- Mobilcard for free use of all public transportation in South Tyrol
- Free Wifi
- Online check-in & check-out
- Wellness area with sauna and steam bath. Heated whirlpool in the garden (open from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM)
- In summer: use of the outdoor pool with garden
Additional fees
- Final cleaning: 75 € (two-room apartments)
- Final cleaning: 60 € (one-room apartments)
- Children and baby bed: surcharge 10 €/day
- Dogs on request: 20 € per day without food (other pets are not allowed)
- Fifth bed: 21 €/day
- Washing machine and dryer: 10 €
- Linen change weekly
Cancellation conditions
Cancellations are unpleasant for everyone. In case of cancellation we will do our best to rent out the room or apartment. In case this shouldn’t be successful you will be liable for the payment of the full amount. Same rules apply for late arrivals or anticipated departure.
No cancellation fee up to 2 weeks (Christmas - New Years Eve 4 weeks) prior to arrival. Cancellation fee up to 1 week prior to arrival: 50% of total payable amount. Cancellation fee up to 3 days prior to arrival: 70% of total payable amount. Cancellation fee up to 1 day prior to arrival: 90% of total payable amount. Cancellation fee for not showing up is: 100% of the total payable amount. Deposits are non-refundable.
Therefore we recommend you get travel insurance.
From 24th of December till 10th of January we apply the following cancellation fees:
No cancellation fee up to 4 weeks prior to arrival. Cancellation fee up to 2 weeks prior to arrival: 50% of total payable amount. Cancellation fee up to 5 days prior to arrival: 70% of total payable amount. Cancellation fee up to 2 days prior to arrival: 90% of total payable amount. Cancellation fee for not showing up is: 100% of the total payable amount. For early departure we will charge 100%. Deposits are non-refundable. We recommend travel cancellation insurance.
